Lalisa Manobal, born Pranpriya Manobal on March 27, 1997, and widely known mononymously as Lisa, is a globally acclaimed Thai rapper, singer, dancer, and actress. She first gained international recognition as a member of the highly successful South Korean K-pop girl group Blackpink, which debuted in 2016 under YG Entertainment.

Early Life and Career Beginnings

Born in Buriram province, Thailand, Lisa began dancing at the age of four and competed in numerous contests. She auditioned for YG Entertainment in Thailand at age 13, impressing the executives and becoming the label's first non-ethnic Korean trainee in 2011.
